Refund policy

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Shoes must be tried on indoors only. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To request a return, please contact us at ldsboutique_@outlook.com and let us know you'd like to return an item. Please also complete the returns form included with your delivery.

We're always happy to help with any return questions — just drop us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can put it right for you straight away.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items Please note we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

We recommend checking sizing carefully before purchasing, particularly for our Curvy Collection (sizes 14–22). If you're unsure, feel free to get in touch before ordering and we'll be happy to advise.

Exchanges The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or card provider to process this.

Return Postage Costs As a small independent boutique, we're unfortunately unable to offer free returns. Return postage typically costs £3–£4.

When returning an item, please:

  1. Repack it securely in a sealed bag with all labels and tags attached
  2. Attach the returns address label provided on your invoice sheet (please note this is an address label only — it is not pre-paid)
  3. Post at a Post Office counter and obtain proof of postage — please do not post in a postbox, as any losses will be your responsibility
  4. We recommend using a tracked service where possible
